Cascades Fluff^® & Cascades Tuff^® products are soft on nature*! All products have obtained at least one highly regarded environmental certification. As such, rest assured that all the fibres we use come from responsibly managed forests. For more information on each product certification, consult the Certifications section of our website.

Think again! Enviro products do not contain recycled bathroom tissue, but rather office paper, which is shredded, cleaned and whitened before being transformed into rolls such as those you have at home. Isn’t that clever? Another good reason to recycle your old paper!

Using any type of paper product in a microwave carries a risk. Paper products can catch fire if used in cooking in microwave and are not recommended for use. We recommend you refer to your microwave’s user guide to determine whether it allows for paper towels to be used.

Absolutely! Cascades Fluff & Tuff^® products are manufactured at our Cascades Tissue Group’s plants in Kingsey Falls or Candiac. Cascades is a Canadian-born company and is proud to offer quality local products

Our packaging is made of 100% recycled plastic and is just as strong as the previous one which was made of virgin resin. Impressive, isn’t it? The look has not changed apart from the addition of a coloured band on the front with the words “100% recycled packaging”. In most cases, our packaging is recyclable where the necessary facilities exist. However, we invite you to check whether this type of plastic is accepted in your region before placing your packaging in the recycling bin. In Québec, you can check this from home by consulting the Recyc-Québec “Ça va où?” (Where does it go?) app.
