There are certain risks associated with placing any paper towel in the microwave. They can burn if used incorrectly. We recommend that you refer to your microwave’s user manual to verify whether the use of paper towels is compatible with your appliance.

What is the difference between Cascades Tuff® Enviro and Econo paper towels?

Both lines are made in Quebec, but differ in their composition and their positioning:

Cascades Tuff® Enviro is the most responsible choice in the family : it is made from 100 % recycled fibres, for a reduced impact on resources.
Cascades Tuff® Econo comes with larger sheets than our regular line, so it can handle small and large spills alike.

Our paper towels are designed entirely here in Quebec, at our Kingsey Falls and Candiac plants.

Which environmental certifications does Cascades Fluff & Tuff® hold?

For both our paper towels and our bathroom tissue, we hold various environmental certifications, including ECOLOGO and FSC®:

ECOLOGO is a North American environmental certification (now administered by UL) that assesses a product across its entire life cycle against strict criteria verified by a third party.
FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) is an international certification that guarantees responsible management of forest resources and traceability of the fibres used.
